Dear Friends,

Kupenda means love and this Valentine’s day we are certainly feeling the love for Adventures for the Cure (AFC) and their amazing founders Pat Blair and Adam Driscoll. Through their epic physical feats over the last 12 years they have raised over $175,000 for Kupenda, inspired others to contribute, and made the upcoming Kupenda documentary possible. We are grateful for all AFC has done and how they continue to support children with disabilities in new, creative, and physically challenging ways.

Check our their next awesomely crazy adventure called “Everesting.”The idea is to go up and down a hill over and over until they reach the elevation of Mt. Everest!  In addition to sponsoring this event you can join, fund, and keep up on all their other physical challenges supporting Kupenda here.

I never imagined that these two 24 year old guys I met in 2005 would provide so much support and inspiration to so many thousands of children with disabilities in Kenya.
I’m grateful for our continued partnership with Adventures for the Cure and for a couple of honorary brothers.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
With much love and gratitude,
Cynthia Bauer
